Illustrative Multi-Family Renderings

Okay, so in case you didn’t know, I worked at a local architectural firm in downtown Indianapolis for 6 years. Something I never thought I’d get into, but did, so what the hell. Having been there for so long, I was always so envious of the artist’s we’d hire to do the more rough conceptual renderings. Graphic renderings are what’s used most these days but it’s always neat to see hand drawn work that gives it that unfinished look that doesn’t tend to scare clients or the community away.

Last week I was given the opportunity to do exactly that! I was so excited. I was contacted extremely last minute but knew this would be right up my alley. I had a day to turn it around…so there’s a LOT I would’ve done differently but I’m happy with what I did in the time I had.
