Commissions

I pride myself in capturing ideas and thoughts into works of art. I love to work closely with clients to understand what they’re envisioning.

Process

Every piece is different, and no two are alike. Some commissions consist of recreating an image or portrait and others need just a bit of imagination (i.e., Scottish terriers with three musketeer bodies). I will begin each project with a consultation via your communication of choice. After we’ve spoken about size and medium, I always spend a time doing visual research. I then will come up with a conceptual sketch for you prior to beginning. As I work on the piece, I’m very communicative and share my process with you by sending photos and making sure I’m still on the right path.

Pricing

Currently as of 2022, I work with a linear per square inch equation at $15 per linear square inch. Commissions come unframed as I prefer to let my client’s choose their framing based on pricing and decor. I’m always happy to talk frame shops as well as frame work at an additional cost.
