Philippines Cultural Community Center Mural
I was contacted by the Philippines Cultural Community Center to create an exterior mural for their new space/location. Formerly a Montessori Garden Academy on the southside of Indianapolis, they were looking for something that represents who they are as a culture. The surface area is 15’ high x 40’ wide. This project took 2 months to create the concept and 30 days to paint.

That’s our human nature — whether it be from a different country, culture, background — we all want to feel like we belong,” Philip Smith said. “This community center enhances that by welcoming everyone to learn about the Philippines and to experience what the Philippines is like since it’s 8,000 miles away.”
